Co-led a team of 8 people on a month-long mission trip to Kenya, Africa. My co-leader and I prayerfully took time for a semester building culture and rapport with team members before the time of the trip. The role included stewarding relationships on a team with both genders appropriately and
helping to care for the spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being of our
members.
